Introduction to Linux with Bill Shi

This course is intended for people who have no experience with linux-like systems. It will introduce the main workbench in linux (i.e., the terminal) and its basic usage. The course will focus on building the pipeline for data processing and analysis, such as file manipulation, software installation (e.g., R and python), basic shell script, use of computing clusters, etc.
No registration is required for this course. UNC students, staff, and faculty will need to provide their PID.
