Jonathan Schlosser is a third-year PhD student in the Hussman School of Media and Journalism. He received his B.S. at Binghamton University in New York and his M.Sc. from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom. Jonathan is a recent addition to Odum and works as a Stats Help Desk consultant.

Overall, Jonathan has a diverse set of past experiences and has knowledge in environmental science, natural science, social science, and computer science domains. His current research examines disinformation on online social media platforms and employs computational social science methodologies, including text processing, natural language processing, social media analytics, and topic modeling.
