STEP 4: CONTACTING SPPQ EDITOR
As soon as your submission has been submitted for review, Dataverse will automatically notify SPPQ Editors; however, as part of the verification workflow, authors must email the SPPQ Editors directly to let them know that all materials necessary for verification have been uploaded to the SPPQ Dataverse.
Submitting your materials to SPPQ Dataverse does not automatically put them into the verification queue. Editors must first ensure they have the final edited and approved version of the accompanying manuscript ready as well. Once they have both the manuscript and the verification submission package, they will contact the Odum Verification Team to start the verification process.
